Get ready for a groundbreaking evening as the James Beard House Dinner Series brings together two of the most dynamic forces in Indian cuisine. James Beard Award winners Chef Chintan Pandya of NYC’s trailblazing Unapologetic Foods and Chef Vijay Kumar of New York's Michelin-starred Semma join forces for an unforgettable, one-night-only dinner at the iconic James Beard House in the West Village.
These celebrated chefs will take you on a bold, personal journey through India’s rich culinary landscape—from fiery street food reimagined with Pandya’s fearless flair to soulful, heirloom-inspired Southern Indian dishes crafted by Kumar. Guests will enjoy this intimate experience just steps from the open kitchen, with the opportunity to connect directly with the chefs.
Each course will be expertly paired by Aaron Von Rock with select wines from the boutique Domaine & Estates portfolio of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Aaron will serve as host and guide for the evening, presenting each wine throughout the dinner.
