We invite you to step into a bold, flavor-packed evening as celebrity chefs Ming Tsai, Dale Talde and Ashley Rath join forces for an exclusive dinner celebrating the vibrant depth and diversity of Asian cuisine. Together, this trio blends heritage, innovation and refined technique in a multi-course menu that highlights each chef’s unique perspective and storytelling through food.
Tsai, a James Beard Award winner and beloved TV personality, is celebrated for pioneering East-West cuisine. Talde, a Top Chef alum and acclaimed restaurateur, brings his fearless, Filipino-American–inspired approach to the table. Joining them is acclaimed NYC chef Ashley Rath—known for her work at The Grill, Saint Theo’s, and Twenty Three Grand—whose seasonal, market-driven style brings an elegant balance to the night’s bold flavors.
Wine pairings, thoughtfully selected to elevate each course, will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.

As a guest of this dinner, you’ll enjoy a signature cocktail prepared by acclaimed bartender of Jac's on Bond, known for innovative cocktails and global recognition.
