Two culinary legends, Chef Vikas Khanna, of NYC’s award-winning Bungalow and James Beard Award nominator and the iconic Chef Jacques Torres, known as “Mr. Chocolate” and winner of multiple James Beard Awards, will team up for an unforgettable special dinner that unites two masters of their field. This evening promises to be a celebration of diverse flavors, where Chef Khanna’s endlessly-creative Indian cuisine meets Chef Torres’ famous desserts showcasing his expertise in chocolate and pastry.

Chef Khanna, a Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur and cookbook author known for his ability to blend traditional Indian flavors with modern techniques in his always-packed NYC restaurant Bungalow, has garnered a reputation for creating bold, flavorful, personal dishes created in homage to his family and heritage. Chef Torres, often referred to as “Mr. Chocolate,” is a French pastry chef known best for his mastery of chocolate and confections. With decades of experience working in top kitchens around the world, Chef Torres has built an empire around his passion for high-quality chocolate, creating everything from decadent pastries to artisanal chocolates.

The collaboration combining Chef Khanna’s rich, aromatic flavors with Chef Torres’ decadent, silky-smooth dessert creations is a celebration of global cuisine at its finest.
