Bar Sprezzatura opened in late September 2024, Led by Chef Trevor Kalafus. Kalafus has held positions as the Executive Sous Chef at Grand Banks, Executive Chef at Pilot, Brooklyn, Executive Chef at Jungle Bird & most recently as the CDC at Casa Lever in East Midtown. The culinary program at Bar Sprezzatura captures his influences from Italian & Southeast Asian fare, culminating in a diverse menu of “Stuzzichini” otherwise known as small bites screaming with flavor. Bar Sprezzatura continues to elevate it’s evolving menu month over month. With an Aperol Sprizz in hand and some crostini on your table, The Amalfi Coast has landed on the Rooftop of the Kimpton Hotel Theta.
