Chef Joe Calderone discovered an interest in food while spending time in the kitchen with his Italian grandmother. As a chef, he loves to create over-the-top versions of dishes, earning him 9 Guinness World Records in food related catagories. Growing up in New York City, Chef Joe has spent almost 40 years, working as the creative director of the legendary restaurant/general store, Serendipity 3, helping to make New York a sweeter place.
