In 2008, the brothers opened their first BBQ shack in New Windsor, NY. After a fire destroyed the original in 2010, they rebuilt a 100-seat full-service restaurant in 2012, which remains a cornerstone of the business. Fueled by community support and passion, they expanded to Ramsey, NJ, and in 2024, opened their newest location at the Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY. The menu stays true to its roots, with meats smoked low and slow—brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausage—paired with soulful sides like fried chicken, mac and cheese, cornbread, and banana pudding. Every recipe honors generations of family tradition.
Each location is designed to feel like home: welcoming, lively, and filled with the warmth of a family table. Their late mother, Cheryl, who embodied true hospitality, remains the spiritual heartbeat of the brand. As Brothers Barbecue grows, the Farella brothers remain dedicated to preserving their family’s story, delivering outstanding food, and creating spaces where guests become family.
