Chanki Park is a certified Master Baker from South Korea with over 30 years of experience in the baking and pastry industry. His professional career began in 1994, and he has since developed deep expertise in both traditional and modern baking techniques. In 2003, he began working in hotel bakeries, where he refined his skills in high-end pastry, French bread, and quality-focused production. These early experiences built a strong foundation for his later work in product development.

In 2010, he joined the R&D team at Paris Baguette headquarters in Korea. There, he planned and launched a wide range of new bakery items, responding to changing consumer preferences and seasonal trends. He specialized in concept development, recipe creation, and the execution of successful market launches.

From 2012, he expanded his career internationally by joining Paris Baguette China. He led nationwide product development and localization strategies, adapting Korean baking concepts to Chinese tastes. He also provided technical training for local bakers and played a key role in establishing standardized quality control systems across regions.

Since 2018, he has been working at Paris Baguette USA, developing new products for the North American market. His focus has been on blending Korean baking influences with local consumer preferences to create products that are both authentic and appealing. This role has allowed him to deepen his understanding of global food culture and further enhance his cross-cultural development skills.

With decades of hands-on experience and a passion for innovation, he strives to continue creating bakery products that reflect both tradition and contemporary trends, contributing to the evolution of global bakery standards.
