The experts will guide you in the pursuit of the perfect slice of buttery smoked salmon, and introduce you to the fish that started it all - schmaltz herring. Then nosh on some bagels and lox that have made Russ & Daughters beloved by generations of New Yorkers and food lovers worldwide.
