Step into a night of culinary artistry as James Beard Award–winning Chef Stephanie Izard, celebrated Food Network personality, collaborates with Executive Chef Lei Jiang of The Fulton by Jean‑Georges for one unforgettable dinner.

Chef Izard, the talent behind Chicago favorites like Girl & the Goat, Little Goat and Duck Duck Goat, brings her inventive, ingredient-driven cuisine to the Seaport. Executive Chef Jiang, formerly of The Modern and The Watergate Hotel and now leading Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s seafood-forward flagship at Pier 17 will join forces with Izard to create a seamless blend of their culinary strengths.

Together, they’ll deliver a menu that weaves seasonal produce, craft-forward techniques and globally inspired flavors into a harmonious, elevated dining experience, worthy of the acclaim both chefs have earned.

Wine pairings, thoughtfully selected to elevate every course, will be provided by Battenfeld Spanier and Kühling-Gillot of The German Wine Collection portfolio. Winemaker, Carolin Spanier will be in attendance to showcase her wines.
