Chef Benno, a Michelin-starred maestro known for his elegant Italian-inspired cuisine, teams up with Chef Knappett, the award-winning chef behind London’s acclaimed Kitchen Table, renowned for his innovative and boundary-pushing flavors.
Hosted at Four Twenty Five, Jean George Vongerichten’s architectural gem in the heart of Midtown, this exclusive dinner promises a remarkable culinary journey. Chef Benno, celebrated for his work at Lincoln Ristorante and Benno, and Chef Knappett, who trained under culinary legends Thomas Keller, Gordon Ramsay, and René Redzepi of Noma, bring together their global influences and dedication to the finest locally sourced ingredients. Guests will be wowed by a masterful menu where each dish shines, expertly paired with fine wines to elevate the experience.
